HeraCeram® Shoulder Porcelain

High-melting veneering ceramic. HeraCeram® is the high-melting veneering ceramic for bonded alloys in a CTE range of 13.5 - 14.9 μm/mK. Due to the low firing temperatures of max. 880°C, all alloys in this CTE range can be processed safely. For aesthetic design, HeraCeram® offers, in addition to optimally coordinated opaques, dentin and incisal masses, a comprehensive range of individual masses. They achieve reliable color results even with thin layer thicknesses. The stability of the masses and the low firing shrinkage ensure high dimensional stability of the veneering. With a dense, extremely smooth surface, HeraCeram® protects the antagonist and ensures high plaque resistance and gingival friendliness.
