Vacuum-pressure casting machine
The compact tabletop unit already has the vacuum pump and cooling integrated. It only needs to be connected and is immediately ready for casting. The Heracast® iQ interactively queries all information and manual steps. Incorrect operation is virtually impossible. The optimized crucible mechanism makes inserting the casting mold and pouring the metal child's play. The powerful HF generator quickly and gently brings both high-gold and non-precious metal alloys to casting temperature. The casting process can be triggered automatically or manually. The result is fine-grained and dense castings with smooth surfaces. Inclusions of graphite or ceramic parts belong to the past.
