IPS e.max Ceram is the fluorapatite glass-ceramic for the highly esthetic veneering and characterization of IPS e.max lithium disilicate glass-ceramics (LS2) and zirconium oxide (ZrO2). The material structure mimics the natural tooth structure in translucency, opacity and fluorescence. It is a layering ceramic for all veneering techniques, offering compatibility with full-veneers, cut-back technique, micro-layering, and fabrication of gingival portions. The assortment includes Power Dentin and Power Incisal materials with increased opacity and brightness, Gingiva materials for recreating esthetic gingival areas in various shades, and IPS e.max Ceram Selection with twelve specially shaded materials divided into three groups: Special Enamel shades, Light Reflector Effect materials, and Light Absorber materials. Clinical long-term success with a survival rate of 97% after ten years and ten years' warranty.
