Monobond® Etch & Prime
is the world's first single-component ceramic primer that etches and silanizes glass ceramic surfaces in a single step. At the same time, the surface is also cleaned of saliva residues. It contains a novel ceramic conditioner and a silane bonding agent. The ceramic conditioner etches and activates the surface and prepares it for optimal bonding with the silane. The silane bonding agent provides a strong chemical bond to the glass ceramic.
