The RTRO Kit, compiled by PD Dr. Dr. Florian Bauer, contains a coordinated selection of diamond instruments and carbide burs for performing root tip resection and osteotomy. With the instruments HM141A and 801, the root tip is first exposed by removing the overlying soft tissue and bone. The removal of the root tip and surrounding tissue is then carried out using the instruments 837L, 850G, HM165, and HM166A.

Das RTRO Kit, welches von PD Dr. Dr. Florian Bauer zusammengestellt wurde, enthält eine abgestimmte Auswahl an Diamantinstrumenten und Hartmetallfräsern zur Durchführung einer Wurzelspitzenresektion und Osteotomie. Mit den Instrumenten HM141A und 801 wird zuerst die Wurzelspitze freigelegt, indem das darüberliegende Weichgewebe und der Knochen abgetragen werden. Die Entfernung der Wurzelspitze und des umliegenden Gewebes erfolgt anschließend mit den Instrumenten 837L, 850G, HM165 und HM166A.
