Micro-Screw-System according to Prof Dr Fouad Khoury Bone screw set for augmentation with autologous bone material

The Bone Management® Micro-Screw-System Basic is used for the secure fixation and stabilisation of cortical bone grafts. The set was developed by Prof Dr Fouad Khoury to support the shell technique. The special feature of these systems are the osteosynthesis screws, which have a diameter of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm. These Micro Screws are made of surgical stainless steel, which gives them high stability despite their reduced diameter. The Micro Screw systems can be used for vertical, horizontal and three-dimensional bone augmentation of different defect sizes.

Das Bone Management® Micro-Screw-System Basic dient der sicheren Fixierung und Stabilisierung von kortikalen Knochentransplantaten. Das Set wurde von Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury zur Unterstützung bei der Schalentechnik entwickelt. Die Besonderheit dieser Systeme sind die Osteosyntheseschrauben, die über einen Durchmesser von 1,0 mm und 1,2 mm verfügen. Diese Micro Screws bestehen aus einem chirurgischen Edelstahl, der ihnen trotz reduziertem Durchmesser hohe Stabilität verleiht. Eingesetzt werden können die Micro Screw Systeme für die vertikale, horizontale und dreidimensionale Knochenaugmentation unterschiedlicher Defektgrößen.
