Guided Drill System for Safe Implant Site Preparation | developed with Dr Dr Florian Bauer.

The Guided Drill Stop System is used for simple and safe preparation of the implant site. The special feature of the system is the specially developed twist drills with a guide tip, which are used to perform an intermediate step before the actual expansion drilling. The upper part of the implant site is expanded to the desired diameter, while the lower part is used to guide the drill. This prevents deviation from the desired axis. In addition, the stop sleeves ensure a defined depth stop during all drilling.

Das Guided-Drill-Stop System dient der einfachen und sicheren Aufbereitung des Implantatlagers. Die Besonderheit des Systems sind die speziell entwickelten Spiralbohrer mit Führungsspitze, mit denen vor der eigentlichen Erweiterungsbohrung ein Zwischenschritt durchgeführt wird. Dabei wird der obere Teil des Implantatlagers auf den gewünschten Durchmesser erweitert, während der untere Teil der Führung des Bohrers dient. So wird ein Abweichen von der gewünschten Achse vermieden. Zusätzlich sorgen die Stopphülsen für den definierten Tiefenstopp während allen Bohrungen.
