External-Lift-Control is a system designed for the straightforward execution of an external sinus lift. After lateral access through the fascial wall of the maxillary sinus, the Schneiderian membrane is carefully dissected with various hand instruments and lifted cranially from the floor of the maxillary sinus. A suitable graft material can then be inserted beneath the Schneiderian membrane. The sandblasted, silver-matte hand instruments enable glare-free working.
