The degranulation kit contains four extra-coarse, spherical diamond instruments in diameters of 1.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm. These have been specially developed to enable quick and easy bone debridement. With the help of the diamonds, degranulation tissue adhering to the bone can be removed quickly and easily without damaging the surrounding bone, so that subsequently inserted augmentation material comes into direct contact with healthy bone. This makes the Degranulation Kit a crucial addition to the degranulation process.
