Safe and Simple Sinus Floor Elevation Controlled Internal Sinus Lift

Crestal-Lift-Control Basic is a system for the easy and safe performance of an internal sinus lift. The elevation of the Schneiderian membrane takes place during the transcrestal drilling process. The particularly atraumatic design of the crestal drill, with its four cutting edges and inwardly curved head, enables the secure shaping of a conical bone lid and is also ideal for collecting bone chips. Additionally, the stop sleeve system, tailored to the specialised instruments, prevents injury to or perforation of the Schneiderian membrane. Crestal-Lift-Control Basic is an entry-level system with a reduced set of instruments.

Crestal-Lift-Control Basic ist ein System für die einfache und sichere Durchführung eines internen Sinuslifts. Die Anhebung der Schneiderschen Membran erfolgt bereits während des transcrestalen Bohrvorgangs. Die besonders atraumatische Konstruktion des Crestal-Bohrers mit seinen vier Schneiden und dem nach innen gewölbten Kopf ermöglicht die sichere Ausformung eines konischen Knochendeckels und lässt sich darüber hinaus ideal zum Ansammeln von Knochenspänen einsetzen. Zusätzlich verhindert das auf die Spezialinstrumente abgestimmte Stopphülsensystem ein Verletzen oder ein Durchbohren der Schneiderschen Membran. Crestal-Lift-Control Basic ist ein Einstiegssystem mit reduziertem Instrumentarium.
