Horizontal Bone Splitting System Crest-Control for Controlled Jaw Augmentation

Crest-Control is a horizontal bone splitting system that enables a predetermined and minimally invasive widening of the horizontally resorbed alveolar ridge.

The system offers particular support to the practitioner during bone splitting in the distal mandible. With the proven horizontal spreaders, the alveolar ridge can be easily, quickly, and controllably widened by up to 5 mm, allowing an implant from all common systems to be placed in the widened segment afterwards.
