Benex®-Control: Instruments for safe and minimally invasive tooth extraction
Minimally invasive preparation of the implant site is essential for an optimal implant restoration. This begins with the atraumatic extraction of teeth that are conventionally not worth preserving.
Tooth extraction is one of the most common dental surgical procedures, which usually involves the use of forceps and a lever. Developed in collaboration with Dr Benno Syfrig, Benex®-Control, developed in collaboration with Dr Benno Syfrig, offers a minimally invasive alternative. Thanks to the ingenious design of the extraction system, the tooth root and tooth root fragments can be removed using the principle of a pulley block without damaging the bone or surrounding soft tissue. The reason for this is that (in contrast to the use of forceps and levers) no stress is exerted on the lateral bone walls. Atraumatic vertical extraction is particularly patient-friendly and offers very good conditions for subsequent implant placement.
For optimum vertical force transmission, the Benex®-Control also includes a quadrant support. This ensures that the extractor lies flat and the tooth root can be removed straight. It also protects the existing residual dentition and provides a stable support for the extractor, particularly in edentulous situations.

Benex®-Control: Instrumente für eine sichere und minimalinvasive Zahnextraktion
Für eine optimale Implantatversorgung ist eine minimalinvasive Vorbereitung des Implantatlagers unumgänglich. Das beginnt schon bei der atraumatischen Extraktion von konventionell nicht erhaltungswürdigen Zähnen.
Die Zahnextraktion ist eine der am häufigsten zahnärztlich-chirurgischen Eingriffe, bei denen üblicherweise Zange und Hebel zum Einsatz kommen. Das in Zusammenarbeit mit Dr. Benno Syfrig entwickelte Benex®-Control bietet dafür eine minimalinvasive Alternative. Dank der ausgeklügelten Konstruktion des Extraktionssystems lassen sich Zahnwurzel und Zahnwurzelfragmente nach dem Prinzip eines Flaschenzugs entfernen, ohne den Knochen oder das umliegende Weichgewebe zu beschädigen. Grund hierfür ist, dass (anders als beim Einsatz von Zange und Hebel) keine Belastung auf die lateralen Knochenwände wirkt. Die atraumatische vertikale Extraktion ist besonders patientenfreundlich und bietet sehr gute Voraussetzungen für eine nachfolgende Implantatinsertion.
Für eine optimale vertikale Kraftübertragung beinhaltet das Benex®-Control zudem eine Quadrantenstütze. Diese sorgt dafür, dass der Extraktor plan aufliegen und die Zahnwurzel gerade entfernt werden kann. Sie schützt darüber hinaus die vorhandene Restbezahnung und bietet insbesondere bei zahnlosen Verhältnissen eine stabile Auflage für den Extraktor.
