CeraGloss Polisher

3-stage diamond polishing system for processing all ceramic materials without heat generation. Brilliant polishing results without polishing paste, achieved through a special bonding concept in coordination with the diamond grain size.

• Stage 1: Green - Coarse grit for prepolishing, for fast and coarse material removal. 341 - 344 = 20,000 rpm., 301-310 = 5,000 rpm.
• Stage 2: Blue - Medium-coarse grit for surface smoothing and preparation of the final polish. 3041 - 3044 = 20,000 rpm., 3001-310 = 5,000 rpm.
• Stage 3: Yellow - Superfine grit for high-gloss polishing without additional glaze firing. 30041 - 30044 = 10,000 rpm., 30001-30010 = 5,000 rpm.
• Veneering and ceramic technique, crown/bridge technique, occlusal finishing of ceramics

Instructions for use: Always work with light contact pressure. For optimal polishing results, all 3 stages must be followed in the stated order.
