- Can be incrementally activated retrospectively (HF9 25mm – 39mm, HF15 31mm – 51mm)
- Indication: With Spee's curve and if there is a posterior occlusal stop of less than 5mm
- Oral dysfunctions: moderate sleep apnea
- Made of chrome-nickel
