This Palti Bone Pusher attachment is suitable for lifting the bone flap during an internal sinus lift, for example, or for compacting bone and bone material. The tip of the instrument is flat/planar and the cylindrical part has a graduation for better estimation of the depth at which the instrument is located during treatment. The total length of the instrument is approx. 60 mm and the scale is graduated in 2 mm steps from 8 to 18 mm.
