The Feed5 is an automated loading and unloading system designed for precision manufacturing and micro-machining. It represents the future direction of micro-processing through efficiency, sustainability, and automation by combining with the Micro5 machining center. The compact six-axis robotic arm enables fully automated workpiece loading, particularly enhancing automation levels for high-volume production. One Feed5 system can automate up to two Micro5 machining centers simultaneously. It serves as a key component of smart factories alongside other processing modules such as the Pilot5 coordinate measuring module, laser marking machines, 3D printers, and cleaning units.
