An alkali-free glass produced using SCHOTT's unique down-draw process, offering a broad thickness range, excellent transmittance, and superior surface quality. With a low coefficient of thermal expansion similar to silicon wafers, AF 32® eco is ideally suited to wafer-level packaging in the semiconductor industry. It combines high thermal stability, high optical quality, excellent dielectric properties, and very low roughnesses. The glass is alkali-free and manufactured without arsenic and antimony.
