Aussteller werden
DURAN® borosilicate glass tubing is a leading material for laboratories, industry and architecture that has set the standard since its invention by Otto Schott in 1897. DURAN® glass tubes, rods and capillaries can be processed in a wide variety of dimensions, with very tight geometric tolerances and high optical quality. The material offers robust mechanical durability, thermal shock resistance, high chemical resistance, outstanding transmission properties from UV-A into IR range, and superior electrical properties. It remains highly effective in harsh environments with a low coefficient of expansion and exceptional resistance to thermal shock, stable up to 525°C.
