ICE Zirkon Ceramics
Zirkonzahn GmbH
ICE Ceramic is a glass type ceramic which is fired at 820°C, has a flexural strength of approximately 90 MPa, and a thermal expansion coefficient (C.T.E) value of 9,6. The ceramic processing is simple and begins with a washbrand in the dentin which is fired at 100°C increased temperature. Zirconia and its ceramics can be fired as often as required. The ceramic set consists of 16 V colours with creative masses including orange and yellow dentine for cervical areas and occlusal surfaces, Transpa materials for transparency from T1 to T4, Transpa blue/orange/grey for enamel characterization, M1 and M2 mamelon masses, Repair1 and Repair2 for repairs, gums colour ceramic, and low melting ceramic for corrections. Ceramic work fired with zirconia oxide has aesthetic advantages in the cervical area with no blue gum discoloration. Margin fitting is approximately 35 µm.
