Xenys DEM grafts are natural bone substitutes of equine origin developed through the patented EstRem (Esterification Cell-Removal Technology) process. Following EstRem treatment, these grafts undergo a controlled partial demineralization process that provides incredible flexibility while preserving their three-dimensional structure. Available as spongy bone blocks with sponge-like softness and extremely flexible cortical bone sheets, adapting to specific reconstructive surgical procedure needs.
