Biphasic bone substitute material (80% β-tricalcium phosphate / 20% hydroxyapatite)
Indications:
- Replacement of lost bone substance after tooth extractions
- Treatment of intraosseous defects
- Bony filling of extraction sockets (socket preservation)
- Periodontal defects, intra-alveolar and peri-implant defects
- Sinus lift
- Ridge augmentation
- Cystic bone defects
- Sterile, gradually resorbable bone substitute material
- Balanced ratio between the stability of hydroxyapatite and the fast resorption of ß-TCP
- Releases calcium and phosphate ions to support the promotion of bone regeneration
- Osteoconductive micro- and macroporous structure promotes dense growth of new bone
- Promotes the renewal of bone integrity within 6 - 9 months
