FOTURAN® II is a photo-structurable glass-ceramic material with excellent versatility used in a large number of applications. It is widely used in semiconductor applications, microfluidics, power inductors in MEMS systems, probe cards in semiconductors, biotech components, and micro-optics. The material offers excellent optical transparency, low self-fluorescence, high chemical stability, and thermal resistance. It features easy structuring and high compatibility, enabling efficient production of complex components.
