High-performance hermetic sensor packaging using glass-to-metal sealing (GTMS) technology for autonomous driving LiDAR systems. Fully encapsulates sensor components in inorganic materials by combining metal housing with electrical conductors utilizing technical glasses and metal brazes to provide an impermeable, non-aging enclosure. Maintains high hermeticity levels on a near-permanent basis against gas and moisture penetration. Optical windows available with bandpass and high-pass filter coatings to minimize optical noise and increase signal-to-noise ratio. Designed for extreme temperature, high humidity, and UV exposure protection. Available in through-hole design for PCB connection or SMD style for pick-and-place assembly.
