Rhinoial® is a medical device according to Regulation (EU) n. 2017/745 in the form of a nasal spray intended for attenuating the symptoms of rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, acute and chronic sinusitis, such as nasal blockage, the continuous need to blow nose, excessive sneezing, facial pain or pressure, decreased sense of smell and/or taste and difficulties in sleeping. The specific formulation confers decongestant, mucosa-protecting and moisturizing properties leading to effective clearance of the mucus from the nasal cavities and at the same time promoting mucosa healing. When applied several times a day in each nostril, Rhinoial® forms a protective film and restores the physiological mucus conditions of the affected areas.
