The Grammetry ArchBridge scan body system is designed for full-arch surgical and restorative intra-oral scanning, using existing IOS equipment. ArchBridge patent-pending titanium scan bodies bridge the gap between multiple MUA's, utilising a simple IOS scan protocol to save time, cost, and aggravation. The systems' 9 uniquely shaped scan bodies contact each other and form a bridge. The system allows the scanner to scan highly accurately from one MUA to the next without becoming confused by tissue, blood, movement, shiny objects, and most importantly, similar scan bodies that confuse scanners. The Grammetry ArchBridge scan bodies are different shapes to avoid confusion in the IOS AI or recognition software. The process involves scanning the ArchBridge scan bodies intra-orally and uploading the files along with the remaining standard IOS scans via the protocol chosen for Grammetry.
