AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified camera module with VGA DV output and NTSC TV output capabilities. Features high sensitivity with automatic exposure/gain with 16 zone control and auto white balance control. Includes aperture and gamma correction, defective pixel correction, and overlay capabilities with two layers, eight colors, and four transparencies. Supports slave compatible serial camera control bus (SCCB) control interface for register programming. Equipped with 1280 bits of one time programmable memory (OTP), SPI master for overlay images and loading settings, and dynamic overlay controls. Offers crop and re-size functionality with low power consumption and low dark current.
