3 µm global shutter pixel image sensor with automatic black level calibration (ABLC). Features programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, cropping, and windowing. Supports 8/10-bit RAW output formats with image sizes of 400x400, 200x200, and 100x100. Includes fast mode switching, horizontal and vertical 2:1 and 4:1 monochrome subsampling, and 2×2 monochrome binning. Standard SCCB serial interface with programmable device ID and one-lane MIPI serial output interface. Embedded 128-bit OTP memory, dual on-chip PLL, PWM, built-in strobe control, and ultra low power mode for ambient light sensor.
