Features image quality controls including lens correction and defective pixel canceling. Supports 10-bit RAW RGB MIPI output format with horizontal and vertical subsampling. Supports multiple image sizes (5MP, EIS1080p, 1080p, 720p, VGA, QVGA). Fast mode switching with 3D application support. Includes standard serial SCCB interface, up to 2-lane MIPI serial output, embedded 512 bytes OTP memory, two on-chip PLLs, programmable I/O drive capability, built-in 1.2V core regulator, built-in temperature sensor, and alternate row HDR timing support.
