AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualified automotive companion chip for interfacing with up to 1-megapixel OMNIVISION CMOS digital sensors (e.g., OV7955, OV7962, OV10635). Features user-defined hot-pixel location correction, support for 8-bit BT.601-like and BT.656-like YUV 4:2:2 format, temporal de-noise filtering, and low-light frame rate support down to 15 fps. Includes advanced image processing capabilities such as distortion correction, perspective correction, top-view output, rotation correction, multi-view output, and up to 4x zoom with smooth transition. Supports crop and resize for NTSC display, fade to black transition, OSD with up to 4 layers and 4 transparency levels, and automatic sensor configuration via SCCB master interface. Features on-chip PLL, voltage regulator (3.3V to 1.2V), brown-out detection, DAC for CVBS output, and integrated MCU with GPIO support.
