Features automatic black level calibration (ABLC), programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, cropping, and windowing. Supports 8/10-bit RAW output formats with fast mode switching and 2×2 monochrome binning. Two-lane MIPI serial output interface and DVP parallel output interface. Includes built-in strobe control, horizontal and vertical 2:1 monochrome subsampling, embedded 128 bytes of OTP memory, two on-chip PLLs, temperature sensor, LED PWM, low power modes, frame sync mode, and dedicated safety features for supporting minimum ASIL B applications.
