Image sensor supporting 160 Kpixel (440 x 360) resolution with programmable controls for frame rate, mirror and flip, cropping, and windowing. Features 10-bit RAW output for normal mode and 8-bit RAW for Always-On mode. Includes two on-chip phase lock loops (PLLs), 2k bits of embedded one-time programmable (OTP) memory, static defect pixel correction, automatic black level calibration, two-wire serial bus control (SCCB), multi-camera synchronization support, and Xenon and LED flash sync capability.
