High-fusing veneering ceramic. HeraCeram® is the high-fusing veneering ceramic for porcelain-fused-to-metal alloys in a CTE range of 13.5 - 14.9 μm/mK. Due to the low firing temperatures of max. 880 °C, all alloys in this CTE range can be processed safely. For aesthetic design, HeraCeram® provides a comprehensive range of individual materials in addition to optimally matched opaque, dentin and enamel materials. They achieve reliable color results even with thin layer thicknesses. The stability of the materials and the low firing shrinkage ensure a high dimensional stability of the veneering.
