Sterilization Gusseted Roll

AMD Sterilization gusseted reel are constructed from 60 g/sqm or 70 g/sqm high quality medical grade paper and of 55 g/sqm Reinforced PET/CPP see-through film (Standard in Blue color). Sterilization indicators Class 1 for Steam and EO are applied on the paper surface of the packaging and help to identify between processed and unprocessed packages. Sterilization gusseted reel are with three independent seal lines to ensure high package integrity. Gusset folded on each side of the pouch enables a larger inner space than the flat pouches. As a reel packaging product, AMD sterilization gusseted reel requires cutting machines to cut the reel into fitted size for the medical device or equipment. It can be easily sealed with heat sealing machines before the sterilization processing. It's considered as a high cost-effective solution for packing large (or non-standard dimensions) medical device for the purpose of sterilization. Suitable for sterilisation applications of almost all light and medium weight instruments and device sets with its feature of being gusseted.
