*The beneficial effect occurs when the chewing gum is used each time there is a feeling of dry mouth. **Chewing gum that is 100% sweetened with xylitol has been shown to reduce plaque. Heavy plaque is a risk factor for the development of caries in children. The beneficial effect occurs when at least 3 times a day after meals, 2 - 3g of chewing gum - 100% sweetened with xylitol - is consumed. ***The beneficial effect occurs with at least 20 minutes of chewing the xylitol chewing gum after eating or drinking. (The consumption of foods that contain xylitol instead of sugar helps maintain tooth mineralization.) Instructions: Chewing gum with sweetener. May have a laxative effect if consumed excessively! Please ensure a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Recommended daily dose: Adults 1 - 10 pieces. Not for children under three years (choking hazard if swallowed). Lethal for pets.
