A medical device for regenerative surgery with a resorption time of 60-180 days. Contains bioabsorbable copolymer compounds of polylactic acid (PLA) and polyglycolic acid (PGA). The low-density PLA-PGA copolymer functions as a resorption spacer for maintaining space between the bone defect plane and stretched connective tissue above. It is progressively and totally replaced by trabecular bone. Biocompatible, non-allergenic, and produces no inflammatory response.
