Fully automatic multi-axis CNC diamond grinder designed for lapping and decorating products with circular cross-section such as wires, tubes, bars and round chains. The work process is controlled and managed by the machine's CNC with user-friendly software on a touch-screen interface. The tool-holder head allows horizontal or vertical machining and automatically assumes various work angles from 0° to 180°. The diamond grinding cycle occurs in a closed environment to ensure recovery of machining residues. Optional equipment available for oval and square section machining. Vision version available with upgraded software and high-definition camera to detect workpiece dimensions and profile for auto-adjustment of the work area, ensuring excellent quality standards with maximum ease of use.
