FAIMOND SRL

Fully automatic multi-axis CNC diamond polisher designed to lap and engrave flat, angled, concave and convex surfaces of metal chains. Features an advanced vision system with high-resolution camera and dedicated software for precise position reading, measurement and shape analysis. Tool head allows both horizontal and vertical machining with automatic position changes. In horizontal mode, automatically assumes various working angles and can be oriented completely 360°. Work process controlled by machine CNC with customized software interface. Touch-screen data settings on computer with diagnostic page visualization. Diamond polishing cycle occurs in closed environment for scrap recovery.
