Multi-axis CNC diamond grinding machine, fully automatic, designed for lapping, chamfering and decorating oval, cylindrical or spherical objects assembled on chains. Maximum diameter 6mm, specific for ball chains and rosary chains. Features synchronized pinches that hold the object in center while processing tools work on it. Machine equipped with tool holder head for both horizontal ±180° and vertical processing with automatic position change. Standard wheel tool for chamfering on first head and HYDRO type tool for circular designs on second head. Closed environment processing allows recovery of processing waste. Programming via simplified touch screen interface on machine front. Work piece visualization through 10.4" LCD camera display.
