Faimond Astra Basic Diamantatrice CNC multi-assi

CNC multi-axis diamond grinding machine with single automatic working head, designed for lapping, chamfering, and decorating oval, cylindrical, or spherical objects with through holes. The standard version features a horizontal head allowing operation with wheel-type tools (80 mm diameter) that can automatically position at various angles up to ±90°. An optional vertical head is available for HYDRO-type tool operations. Parts loading and unloading can be performed automatically or manually for quick control testing. Work cycle is controlled and managed by the machine CNC, with programming via simplified touchscreen interface on the machine front. Workpiece processing occurs in a closed environment for scrap recovery.
