This bone pusher attachment according to Palti enables the condensation and movement of bone and bone substitute material. With its 5.0 mm diameter, this is the thickest pusher in this series. The shape of the instrument is bayonet-shaped in order to be able to work in hard-to-reach areas of the upper jaw. The working end is flat/flat and there is a graduation on the instrument. This is divided into 2 mm increments, starting at 8 mm and ending at 18 mm.
