Cobalt-based dental wire for the manufacture of clasps, retentions and friction pins. Color and mouth-resistant wire that offers significant advantages due to its specific properties. The wires delivered in a semi-hard state (F max. 1000-1200 MPa) achieve a spring hardness when cold-formed (e.g. when bending). In contrast to FeCrNi clasp wires, WIPTAM® can be soldered without difficulty. The spring force lost through soldering is restored during mechanical processing.
