- Dispense a pea-sized amount of meridol® FRESH BREATH Toothpaste onto the knobs of the tongue cleaner
- Distribute it on the tongue
- Rotate the tongue cleaner
- Gently scrape off the tongue coating from back to front with the scraping edge
- Briefly rinse with water
