OrthoMTA is a dental material with fine granularity of 2 microns that penetrates dental tubules and fuses to the surface. It prevents micro-leakage by forming a hydroxyapatite (Hap) interface layer between the material and canal wall. The product exhibits bioactive characteristics by releasing Calcium ions that induce regeneration of the apical periodontium.
